How can I get started with your services?
Getting started is easy! Simply contact us through our website or give us a call. We’ll arrange a time to discuss your needs and help you create a support plan tailored to your goals.
I’ve just submitted a referral, how long until this is actioned?
We aim to respond to referrals via phone call within the first 24 hours of receiving it.
What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve participants in the Hunter Valley, Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and Central Coast regions, but we are happy to discuss services outside of these demographics depending on availability.
Can I choose my Support Worker’s?
We encourage participants to be involved in the selection of their support workers to ensure compatibility and comfort.
What is the difference between Supported Independent Living and Individualised Living Options?
Supported Independent Living (SIL) involves shared or individual living arrangements where participants receive support with daily tasks around the clock. Individualised Living Options (ILO) are more flexible arrangements where participants can design their own living setup with tailored supports to meet their needs.
How do you ensure the quality of your services?
